Crashing

My Logos 4; used it last night, everything was working; today I opened Logos 4; it would open books, but NOT NKJV, ESV nor AV; each time I used these Bibles it crashed.

I have TIME MACHINE, so I went into the past back up, (deleted out of App. folder my Logos 4); It still crashed when opening the said Bibles.

I have a Macbook Pro: with 10.7.4; I downloaded a fresh copy from Logos website: before I installed Logos4Mac.dmg, Checked I was up to date with the latest Mac OS, and closed down my Macbook and opened up and installed [Logos4Mac.dmg]; when this was completed and I opened Logos 4 it crashed on opening.

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the program. I know how frustrating it is when these things hit you. However you should note that deleting and reinstalling Logos rarely helps matters and usually wastes quite a bit of time as you download and index again.

As you are on the 'stable' release of Logos you can ring Customer Services for help during 'their' office hours - I use Skype to keep the costs down as I have to call from the UK.

Otherwise it is best to restart Logos and enable logging then extract the logs and post them to the forum. Somebody will usually have a look at them and may well be able to point you in the direction of a solution.

I opened Logos 4 it crashed on opening.

If using stable Logos 4 Mac (currently 4.51.0.2048), concur with suggestion to contact Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

To enable diagnostic logging, can download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.

To compress diagnostic log files, can download and use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop
