Application crashes immediately after I select the video for upload (Local file), proclaim not able to generate previews.
I'm running windows XP service pack 3, core i5, 2gb ram...never had this issue until the last proclaim update...
this is extremely frustrating, My file is too big (HD) to upload...now I can't use my video at all...also as a note I do not have this issue on my windows 7 machine...It only seems to effect XP...Please Help!!!!
