Bulk Uploads
When doing bulk uploads (from Mac) the files upload, transcribe, then vanish. They never appear in the library to select. I've just been doing it one at a time (very very annoying, since NOTHING can be done while uploading. That was 45 minutes of time.
Request: Fix Bulk Upload.
Even BETTER request: Allow uploading to happen IN THE BACKGROUND (6th request). I would love to upload my files and then start organizing the service. I could get all the songs loaded and set up while files are uploading. I can re-arrange items. But not now. Now, all I can do is sit there and wait.

Nope. I've searched for any video I've ever done over the last few weeks through bulk... none of them are there, yet the uploaded and transcoded successfully. They just disappear.

I've tried with a blank service, I've tried for slideshows and I've tried for video. I went to the upper-right corner by my account make to upload bulk files.

AH, that looks to be the problem. Media uploaded via the Account > Upload Files... menu is not available for Image Slideshow or Video items.
Instead, try uploading your videos via the File Upload window for either of those item types and you should get your desired results.

So, what IS the bulk upload feature usable for? If not for image slide shows or videos, what does that leave? We play A LOT of media in our church... it take hours to prepare Proclaim for each service because I need to set up the service order, then upload an item... wait... then come back and upload the next item... wait... then again, etc. Choosing to upload EVERYTHING at once would mean less wasted time... I could to work on other things and come back and then all the files I need would be uploaded and ready to be placed to my service.

Ah, my apologies. Allow me to clarify:
The Account > Upload Files menu will make the bulk-uploaded media available to all service item types for IMAGES.
Bulk-uploaded videos are available as motion backgrounds for Bible, Content and Song items. Image Slideshows do not support video content.
I'll file a case today to make bulk-uploaded video content available to Video items.
