When I highlight a word in my NAS Bible and select "lookup," it simply shows me the work in English. How do I get Logos to give me the Strong's number or other resources when I highlight and look up?

thx. yes connected to internet it says I'm logged in but when I highlight a word in teh NASB I get no references i.e. strong's or anything else - iPad only, iPhone works fine and my wife's iPad works so I know its a setting issue ARGH!
