When I highlight a word in my NAS Bible and select "lookup," it simply shows me the work in English. How do I get Logos to give me the Strong's number or other resources when I highlight and look up?

Are you connected to the internet?
Welcome to the forums, by the way! [:)]
thx. yes connected to internet it says I'm logged in but when I highlight a word in teh NASB I get no references i.e. strong's or anything else - iPad only, iPhone works fine and my wife's iPad works so I know its a setting issue ARGH!
Are you logged in with the same username & password?
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
I've deleted and reinstalled the ap twice, and I've created a new account with a different username and password and still nothing. I highlght a word, i select lookup and I see "text: word" but no references to Vines or any other resources - SOOOOO FRUSTRATING
Brian - Can you give a screen shot of both your iPad & iPhone attempting the same thing?
By the way... creating a new username is counter productive. You need to be using the same username that the resources you have purchased are tied to. What base package do you own?
just downloaded the free iPad ap is all . . .
that was iPad
this is iPhone
I don't know if the free app without any further purchases will show more info. You said that it works on your wife's iPhone. Is she using the same account? Has she made any purchases? Is she using the same translation?
EDIT: I see your iPhone screen shot. Is it using the same account (with no purchases)?
Is the NASB downloaded to either device? If its downloaded to your iPad, can you delete it?
I have the same problem.
Is it because the dictionaries in my account came from earlier Logos software?
What do you own?
Libronix Original Languages Library
Most of the books show up on the iOS devices.
Thanks
I might call Logos customer service. I think the problem may be that you don't have an L4 base package… but I can't prove it. In L4, reverse interlinears require a base package… or in your case a "minimal cross grade."
