"Cannot connect to the group" message

Hello,

My pastor has appointed me as one of the administrators of our group New Life Community Church - Rogers Park. I sent an invitation to another member of our church to join the group. He has accepted. However, he keeps getting a message "Cannot connect to the group" whenever he tries to log on. When I log onto our group I can see that he is listed in the Membership request section, but not in the Members section. Is there a next step I need to do? Right now, the only option I have is to revoke his invitation.

There have been some intermittent disruptions to groups services over the last few weeks due to some exciting new things coming out very soon.

How did you send the invitation, via Proclaim or via Logos.com?

I have found and corrected the issue preventing users from accepting invitations. Please try accepting the invite again. I apologize for any inconvenience.
