Viewing Web Page With Video 'On Air'

I love the new web page feature however, I'm having trouble getting video (ie. GodTube) that's embedded on the page to play full on the presentation screen.  Once you click on full screen for the video it goes full screen on the primary/main screen instead of the secondary/presentation screen.  How do I get everything to stay/show on the secondary monitor instead of the primary computer screen?

This is a known issue with the current state of the Web Page
Service Item. Using Flash's full screen option will display on the primary
monitor. We hope to address this issue soon. There is a workaround which is to
set your projector as the primary monitor and move the Proclaim main window
onto the secondary.
