"Controlling" Proclaim from IOS device
This past Sunday, I debuted Proclaim for our church. I walked through the transitions before church, and everything was good. When service started, Proclaim developed a mind of its own. Our tech guy couldn't get the music on track with us (could be an operator error) and when I started controlling while speaking, it continued going nuts. I would get to the slide I wanted, then I would get a message that it could not control the file. If I had 5 slides, no big deal. I had over 30 slides as I was showing Bible verses, 2 videos, and so on- and I looked pretty dumb when I would try and hit a point or certain verse and could not get there. I am not negating the fact that my tech guy could have messed something up, but I tried shutting the program on the iphone and controlling the presentation more than once, and nothing. Any insight into what could be causing the meltdown? Thanks!

Do you have a strong wireless connection to your iPhone at the Pulpit? If there is an intermittent connection the Proclaim remote can indeed lose connection.
There are some known issues with the Remote dropping presentation control. We are working on a new version of the remote that will fix a number of these issues.
