fighting app for control

Frustrating. Can't always
run the app on my Galaxy pad to move the slides for the sermon myself.
Had to have AV guy in sound booth advance them on the display computer directly by waiving my arms at him to signal the change.

AV guy was running the service from the booth and I tried to take control through the app for my sermon.  Slides on the pad kept advancing or retreating 5 or more at a time no matter
what I tried (including rebooting the pad).  It was like the Galaxy was fighting for control and losing.  Not a great way to make sermon more accessible.

Ideas anyone?

I am sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with the remote app. We are working on a new (and much improved!) version of the app for mobile devices.

There is not an eta on when that will be come available at this time, however.
