I am having great difficulty installing the Windows version of the software. When I try it downloads VERY slowly (i.e. 5KB per second). I am running on an 18MB DSL connection. After about 5 minutes the software times out and I get the following error. I have disabled my anti-virus software and also have done the .NET verification. No errors reported.
