Can't add others to group.

We've been trying out Proclaim and just went ahead and purchased an on air license. When I try to invite people to join our "group" the invitation email goes out but all the links resolve to a "404". I'm trying to get our office assistant and computer guy set up. Do they need to install proclaim and then try to join the group or is the invitation the right way to go?

Ah, I see what you mean. I have alerted our developers to the issue and they will be looking into it.
It sounds like you're attempting to invite users to the group who do not yet have a Logos.com account? If so, I'd have them download Proclaim http://proclaimonline.com/app/download.aspx? and then create a user account first.
Email invitations should go through just fine in that case.
Otherwise, they can always search for your group after creating an account and join it that way.

Looks like the latest groups deployment late last week has introduced a regression related to group invites. Known issues are
- The 404 link you described
- Invitations sent to email addresses that are not existing logos users result in an email. However, once the user creates a logos account using the invited address the invitation request is not automatically applied to their new account. The user will need to find the group and request to join after creating a logos account.
Both issues will be fixed on Monday. Thanks for your patience.
