I have tried downloading the Windows version of Proclaim about 4 times, on two different computers and i get the same results on both computers. I get a file that is only 9 kb in size. If i try and run the file the computer says it doesn't know what the file is, in other words it doesn't recognize the .application extension.

So, what gives here, the Mac version downloads properly at 66.1 meg.

    Internet Explorer should know what to do w/ the .application manifest. If you're downloading using a different browser you should be able to double click the downloaded file and Windows should do the right thing. What OS browser combo are you using?
