How do I cancel my on-air subscription?

Somehow or other, my subscription is in auto-renew mode (I specifically remember un-checking that box) and my subscription was renewed.  I'd like to cancel it, but can't find any way to do so.

Currently you cannot administer your Proclaim subscription on the logos.com subscription tab. You can call or email customer service at http://www.logos.com/about/contact and they will cancel your account.
