Entering Songs

All formatting is lost when you add a song (this is a bad design). What are the work arounds?
I realise you can look in 'reuse items' (a duplication process) but even then it seems that songs used in the past are not found (I have used the search). What am I missing? My tech folk are pushing to dump proclaim and go back to power point (which you can't import)!
Thanks for any assistance.

A fix for this issue is on our short list, coming soon. The workaround is Reusue Items as you pointed out.

If you have deleted the old presentation you will not find the item in Reuse Items. You will find the song lyrics in your group's song database which can be accessed using the song service item title entry helper.

We appreciate your patience and know that significant improvements are coming very soon. We will be shipping background (as in takes place in the background) file upload next week in preparation for support for PowerPoint import phase one.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I was trying to find it in the formatted form, but now realise that is not possible outside of "reuse". Good to hear you blokes are onto this, the formatting of songs and no power point (apart from a work around) is a major drag for what is otherwise a great idea. Thanks again for your assistance.
