I have a few questions about proclaim. Every time I try and remove a background from the library is never deletes the background at all and stays in the background box. Also how can I resize or change the font of the countdown? We would like to make preservice countdowns, but its way to small to be seen by the crowd.  Any ideas? Thanks for the support. Also Proclaim is simply amazing and has most definitely helped out the media department of our church.

1. After deleting an item you will need to wait a few minutes before it actually disappears. The deletion has to sync through their servers before you notice it is gone. Proclaim is working on a revamp of their media management features.

2. At this time there is no way to alter the countdown timer size, as far as I know. You can always get a countdown video clip, but that is obviously less convenient.
