BUG?: Some note expansions are harder to "tap" than others
Can somebody confirm...I have so far run into two notes with "plus" expansions that I am completely unable to tap on the iPad 1, though they work just fine on my iPhone 4S and on the desktop: Genesis 12:16 and Genesis 24:15. When I tap the "plus" symbol on the iPad, it just brings up the navigation overlays.
EDIT: I finally did get the one in 24:15 to expand after numerous tries, but now can't get it to collapse again. It is like the tap-able area is too small.

I've run into several more of these "difficult to tap on the iPad" expansions in chapter 3 of Hebrews...specifically the notes at 3:1 (both expansions), and...hmmm, now the other ones started working.
Playing a little bit more, if I collapse the one previous to the "non-working" ones, they start working. I'm not sure if any of this helps isolate the problem, but I'm mentioning it all just in case [:p]

I hope that is a "bug"

Hi Ron,
Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce this issue on an iPad 1. What version of the Beta are you using? Also, it would be great if you could post a screenshot the next time this happens and let us know the exact note where the issue is displayed. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,

I'm using whichever version is the most recent that is publicly available from the App Store...is there somewhere I can look to give you the version number?

It doesn't seem to be specific to a certain note or notes. I discovered the problem when I started at the beginning of Genesis and worked my way through, expanding every note as I went (and leaving it expanded.) I was looking for what resources were referenced by the notes so that I could download them for offline use, and I was doing that as I went along as well. When I got to Genesis 12 or so, I started having occasional issues, which seemed to get worse as I went along, making me wonder if it has to do with leaving too many notes open/expanded at once (maybe some kind of buffer overflow/memory overload?) By experimenting, I found that if I ran into one of these that wouldn't open, I'd back up and close the one or two notes previous to the problem note and then I would be able to open the problematic one. After getting about 1/3 of the way through Genesis, I jumped to the NT (Hebrews specifically) and started working through the notes there, again looking for commonly referenced resources and downloading every resource referenced so they were available for offline use. I started running into problems much earlier in Hebrews than I did in Genesis (all the notes I had opened in Genesis were obviously still open when I jumped to Hebrews.) I don't know if any of this helps...I haven't had time to play with it for the last several days to a week, but if I run into issues again, I will see if I can give any more information.
