How do I remove myself from an open group that I have mistakenly joined????

How do I change my group from "open" to "moderated", which I assume means people can't do dumb things like join by mistake like I did?

    Groups management can be done on the logos.com groups page www.logos.com/user/groups

    Purchasing an On Air license will automatically set the group as moderated.
