Attached are my error logs. My Proclaim was working fine earlier today but when I tried to log in this evening, it comes up withe the synching sash screen but never loads.

Thanks for the report, I have just fixed that bug. As a temporary workaround please rename your upload manager database located here
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\Data\<random directory name>\UploadManager\UploadManager.db to UploadManager.db.OLD
This will essentially clear any pending jobs you may have had in the upload manager and get you back to a known good state.
