Installation Problem

Trying to download proclaim to some additional computers and the computers are blocking the download. After the (Windows) computer asks permission I get a message saying that the download was not successful. We have removed spyware etc. temporarily , restarted the computer and nothing seems to help.

Does the error window give you a "details" option, or a text error report? If so, please attach that here.

I'd also be sure to disable your Windows Firewall temporarily to see if that is the issue.

Are these additional computers all on the same network?
