Linking to Planning Center

Thank you for your help!

I have already entered the information needed to link up with Planning Center.  In fact, the process worked great last week.  However, when I now click on "Import from Planning Center", my entire Proclaim program shuts down without even giving me a notification option to report it.  What do I do?  I've tried it several times and it keeps doing the same thing.

That is quite strange.

It would be great if you could navigate to:

     Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Then, attach the files you find there to this thread.
