Giving the youth group their own presentation space

Hi... I'd like to know if it's possible for the youth group to have the ability to be linked to our account (for payment) but not the ability to go into the main service presentations. Obviously, the more people with access to the main service presentations, the more something can go wrong... so either separate space... or access level permissions... or do you have any ideas?

If you wanted to share the license between the youth group and your main services they will have to be in the same group. It is not currently possible to separate out presentations for the same group.

However...

If as a total your 'congregation' consists of less than 200, then you might find two smaller licences are the same cost as one big one??

and it would be really useful to have a link to the Proclaim site at the top of the forum page so that I could have checked the above easily. It is hard to get to 'Proclaim' from Logos.com.
