Activation code
I typed in correctly my serial number, confirmation code but when I typed in my activation code, it said: "Invalid Activation code".
I checked and rechecked my copy of the activation code and I got it right. But how come Libronix says it is invalid?

Observation: Libronix issues can be discussed in Logos 3/Libronix forum.
Logos has older Libronix 3 support page (no longer linked from main support page since Logos is no longer producing Libronix formatted resources) => http://www.logos.com/support/windows/L3/L3_Support that includes Libronix and Internet Explorer 9
Thankful existing Libronix 3 resources still work. Am aware Libronix 3 has some features, which are not in Logos 4 => What is more useful in Libronix 3.0g ? (especially compared to Logos 4.5a)

In addition to the excellent advise from KS4J and after installing the free upgrade to L4, call Logos Customer Service with the activation code. They can unlock the resource(s) which will then be automatically downloaded into Logos 4.

How can I have access?I'd suggest calling Customer Service or sending an email (best with proof of purchase), since they can activate the licence on their end and synchronize licneces will it bring to your Libronix installation. IIRC, you may use the product for a month before activation needs to be completed.

Ferdinand,
You may run into a problem if you do not have the resources ulocked, but I won't go into that. I would call and get the code first, this way if and when you decide to go to L4, it will see the avaliable resources....

After I download Logos 4, will I also be able to download the commentaries I purchased online. I don't know what went wrong, but I can't download the commentaries in my own account in Logos.com.
To be honest, I don't know what, but I always seem to have problems when I reinstall Libronix. I have many Bible softwares and they reinstall smoothly. It's now been hours and hours that I am glued to this problem.0 -

Logos 4 downloads resources that are licensed for your Logos.com account, including purchases at Logos.com

Due to publisher restriction, a number of Logos resources are not available for mobile use (about ~ 11 % of my library). For mobile resource access, can login to http://biblia.com using your Logos.com account to see what resources in your library are available for mobile use.

Logos 4 is easier to reinstall compared to Libronix 3. Caveat: Logos 4 often takes hours after initial download to index resources for faster searching.
