Dunno - vyrso.com/may seems not to work and there's no monthly sales page up, and only one new book.
But if you sort all books by price, you may find the freebies - there were four with a green button for me and the order went through for $0.00

On the left hand side where it says "Start Browsing" to the right of that there will be "See all>>" select that and then sort by price lowest to highest.

Many of these books have "agency model" contracts and will be the same price everywhere. At least 2 of the discounted titles are $1 cheaper than Amazon.
