Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your installation. I have successfully installed Proclaim on a PC running Windows 7 without issue. Since you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, there must be something giving Proclaim a hard time on your system. The official Logos staffers should be able to figure out what it is if you can post the log files that Proclaim creates it crashes. You can find instructions for how to post them here.

Someone emailed and said to delete font cache. did that. program still does same thing. Nothing.
