Bug-Unable to Start-Up Proclaim on Windows Computers.

we have been using proclaim and really enjoy the way that it works, but unfourtuntly for the past few weeks whenever we tried to start it up, it would get to Syncing and immediatly crash. this has happened on my home Windows Computer as well as the Windows 7 Computer in our "Loft". this error accurs every time i tried to open or start proclaim, even after updates. i do tech work for the youth group at our church and we are planning on switching the Adult service over to proclaim soon as well, if we can get things running smoothly again, it would greatly be appreciated. also it has been running perfectly fine on our mac......
EDIT: I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists.
