I bought a license for ON AIR and I do not received my activation code. Do I have to wait?

    If you bought your on-air license through the application, it should be applied automatically. You can check by going to the Account menu and selecting "Purchase on-air license..."

    On the purchase screen, your current license expiration date should reflect your purchased license.

    If you see an expiration date that reflects your purchase you should be all set: your presentations will not have watermarks on them (unless they contain media from the store which you have not yet purchased). Please let me know if this is not the case.

    I see that you've made your orders directly through Proclaim. You will NOT have an activation code. 

    Those licenses should already be unlocked.

    What do you have listed for your expiration on Account > Purchase On-Air License?

    Porque compraste tu licencia "On Air" por medio de la app Proclaim, no hay que esperar: ya está en efecto en el grupo en cual lo compraste. No se necesita código.

    Que averigues, por favor, que la fecha de expiración (como en el ejemplo para arriba) está de acuerdo con tu compra. Si no, déjanos saber para que lo arreglemos.
