I just cannot believe it! LOGOS, you are losing sales, by not providing users with convenient way to find resources that they might not realized they wanted.
A good example:
The Kingdom of the Occult
there is no link for the author. So, if I wanted to see other books by Walter Martin, I have to TYPE his name in the search box, risking typos and ultimately not finding what I am looking for. How can you evaluate lost sales? you can't!
Ok, fine. Maybe I don't want to look at other resources. I just want to examine this book before I buy it.
But wait, I can't! Despite the fact that many users stated that Table of Contents is very valuable in evaluating a book, TOC is missing from this resource and many others!
oops, I forgot about that icon to the right of the Headword box. HOWEVER, I am a long time user! If I could forget and miss this unmarked icon, what about 1st time user? My criticism stands - if I simply scroll the preview, I cannot access TOC.
