How can I remove multiple books from an iPhone?
The only way to remove multiple books is to delete the app. This will remove everything.
While in your library view, tap the blue arrow next to the book that is downloaded on your phone. This will take you to the Book Info display. Tap the red "Remove" button. A confirmation screen will display, sliding up from the bottom. Tap the red "Remove Book" button. Then tap the blue "Done button on the upper right corner of the Book Info display. That's it.

To remove a downloaded resource, view the book's info panel, and press "remove" (screen shot 1). You can get to the resource info panel in either the Library (blue icons in screen shot 2), or in the read panel ("i" icon, screen shot 3).
