SIGNALS STILL NOT WORKING

So we made sure that the presentation MAC had the correct locale of the actual presentation. Not only that, but our mobile devices (with LOGOS) were on the same wi-fi network and it still did not work. 

Our congregation is excited to see this feature work. Please help!

    Let's get this working Donald. I'm glad your congregation is excited. Can you run a presentation test this week? Like you have, be sure the date, location, and time of the presentation are set correctly. These are the three important elements of a presentation.

    Add a Bible slide to your presentation and any other signals to other presentation slides.

    Be sure the Logos Bible iPhone, iPad, or Android app you are using to pick up the signal has Proclaim Presentations turned ON in the settings of the app. Go to More > Settings > Proclaim Presentations.

    Let me know your results from there.

    Ok, so I tested it making sure the time, location and date were correct and it worked. It only worked after the SERVICE portion of the presentation started. it did not give me the signals in the pre-service loop. Should'nt it?

    If you have a signal built into any of the slides in the pre-service loop, it should send out the signal, but not repeatedly. We'll test this again to make sure it's working on our end.
