Just a quick heads up that I will be making a few changes with regard to the problems some users were seeing with avatars. These changes may require restarting the forum website a couple of times, so possibly a few minutes of downtime while I do that.
I'll be starting about 11:00 AM (Pacific) and expect it to take about 15 minutes or less.
These changes may not immediately resolve the issues with avatars but should get us to a place where it's easier to track down the problem.
