Dennis Audet posted a bug report in the Suggestions forum.
As I assume this won't be monitored by the people responsible for the software (as opposed to those responsible for resources), I reference this here. He writes:
When the Build Book process encounters a particular type of character string, it incorrectly interprets the string as a bible book abbreviation and gives a bible reference hyperlink where there should not be any and the incorrect text is output.

Out of curiosity I tried this myself and can confirm the false positives for potential bible book abbreviations followed by :"
right side: the PB (complied without errors/warnings). false positives marked yellow; left side: this docx-file 0407.Test PB.docx
From Dennis' post it seems there may be an open case from the past for this bug.
