Proclaim Remote

I have tried to use the proclaim remote from my android phone several times and I can access the presentation but when I try to change the slides while controlling the presentation from my phone I get an "Error Unable to change slide" message.  I have tried it on our church computer and my laptop and it doesn't matter.
