So are you telling me you are just out of luck and at the mercy of the used car dealer?

Well, I don't believe in luck, but I'm sure I'd be in worse shape than you are. I trust Logos . . .

But that's not my point. It happened. The on line data sheet and the PDF didn't match. You checked one, but not the other (probably for good reason assuming they were the same). So now what?

Okay, let's say I got that car and I signed for it, the check cleared, it's a done deal. Here are my choices: 1) do nothing; 2) stomp into the dealer's office and demand a full refund; 3) approach the dealer as if an honest mistake was made and graciously ask what we can do.

But no matter what you do, I'm quite sure Logos is trying to figure out how to respond to its mistake. But you are completely free to decide to be gracious, or to be demanding as you approach them and this problem.

The new interactive upgrade chart has two new sections that aren't in the .pdf (Features and Databases) and (Timelines).  Will this be added to the next revision of the .pdf?

We're still finalizing these. So they're not finished or identical yet.

Also, are the charts correct that the original language pronunciation tools are not available in the original language package?  I was hoping that package would have that feature set as it would seem logical part of the package.

The charts are correct on that.

Thanks for the update.  Any forecast on when you expect to finalize both?

I think the goal is tomorrow for the HTML version and Monday for the PDF, but don't quote me on that. :)

    Phil,

I have reported a few weeks ago, I think there is a typo for Portfolio package, based on this http://www.logos.com/products/details/2918

    • Near East Archaeology Collection (4 Vols.)
      • Studies in the Archaeology of the Iron Age in Israel and Jordan
      • Urbanism in the Aegean Bronze Age
      • Excavations by Kathleen M. Kenyon in Jerusalem 1961-1967, Volume III: The Settlement in the Bronze and Iron Ages

I think it is 3 Vols and not 4 Vols.  Wonder how you are going to produce Vol 4 as advertized, I don't mind have it though [;)]

I am happy with the new layout although I miss a couple of the old features like Feverse Interlinears

You misspelled that.  It should be "Perverse Interlinears."

Correct. That's on the list to be fixed. Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way we're going to get a fourth volume into that collection. :)

I see the HTML upgrade calculator has been updated/officially launched.  I noticed this problem previously but didn't comment on it (I incorrectly assumed it would be fixed).

I own the Bible Study Library and would like to know the most cost effective way to get a number of Hebrew/Greek Lexicons (I don't understand OLs so the OL tools/texts aren't useful for me).  Currently, the upgrade calculator does not provide a break down of what I'd get if I upgraded to the Original Languages package.   I only see upgrade options for Leader's, Scholars, Silver, Gold etc.  Is this a bug?

No. There are two upgrade paths:

    1. Home > Bible Study > Leader's > Scholar's > Silver > Gold > Platinum > Portfolio
    2. Original Languages > Scholar's > Silver > Gold > Platinum > Portfolio

You can only upgrade from Original Languages. You can't upgrade to it. If you call our Sales department, they might be able to do something special for you, but you may want to consider the jump to Scholar's.
