Where are the page numbers in Concise theology : A guide to historic Christian beliefs?
Please take a look at my screen shot and you will see there are no page numbers in that book.
Can anyone tell me how to find page numbers in Concise Theology?

Unfortunately, it seems there are no page numbers in this resource. Some resources are produced without them (especially Vyrso ebooks).

This one is a Logos edition, so it should have page numbers. There's a wiki page for reporting missing page numbers: http://wiki.logos.com/Books_Missing_Pagination_and_Other_Indexes
Concise Theology is already listed there.
I haven't seen any of these getting dealt with the way they've been gradually working through the metadata corrections. But hopefully one of these days...
