Song Formatting Questions

When formatting a song slide, is there anyway to keep the formatting the same for each and every song that is being imported. Such as font size, background, size of font etc. I have to do formatting for each song that I have imported, which is not an issue but just time consuming. 

Also, within our current presentation software, I have the ability to export all of the songs to a text file. With this I am able to import them into Proclaim, which is all great but with the text document is there anyway that I can seperate the songs so that each song is either it's own file or on a seperate page?

Next Tuesday's update changes the we default media for newly created service items - we will now take the exact background and style information from the last created service item. The current workaround for this is to right click duplicate a service item with the desired style and change the lyrics.
