Can Christmas credit be applied to upcoming Zondervan titles?
I have the same question. At the rate the prepubs are being pushed out I will have about $300 in the next 2 wks. That breaks my budget, but I want the books. Can we get help using the credit?
You can't apply Christmas credit to pre-pubs. I just had an extended email exchange with customer service about that.I was surprised to be charged for a prepub when I never saw that restriction as I was accumulating the credit. I've looked pretty deeply into communications, both web and email, and I think this was handled poorly. (to be clear- I don't think there was intent to mislead)
I don't know why you think it was handled poorly, Logos made it crystal clear from the get-go that you couldn't apply Christmas credit to pre-pubs. They even said as much in a post in these forums on December 8th
Why do people keep asking the same dumb ox question?! Logos clearly stated from the get go that they would not allow X-mas credit to be applied to pre-pubs. You guys should read before posting this waste of time threads! What's worse you even complain and accuse Logos of handling "communication" poorly when you're the ones who are not reading! What do u want Logos to do "send you and e-mail or call you to let you know the rules" - well guess what? You would complain about that too because "you don't want Logos flooding your mail box or interrupting your privacy with phone calls." Get over it! Talk about hard to please "ministers"!!! If you don't want your budget to get killed then don't buy more than you can afford! Talk about book addiction here!!! If you don't have the money and you're still trying to dish out what you don't really have to get those books then you clearly have an addiction and you need to seek help. Get this into your head "YOU DON'T NEED EVERY NEW BOOK OR COMMENTARY THAT COMES OUT ON THE PRE-PUB PROGRAM!!!" Are you so mediocre handling the word that you cannot prepare a sermon without having the new books that will cost you more than you have to spend and that you won't read them all and you just get them to say "Oh look with a click of a button I can show you how many books I have in my library and it's a lot of them I end up spending money I don't have but hey my digital library is huge..." LOL how pathetic! [talk about a run on sentence [6] ] Anyway I rest my case, logos is great but we have too many book addicts here who don't realize they have a big problem.
ok that's all punks!
