Proclaim crash

Proclaim is repeatedly crashing even after uninstalling and re-installing at least 3 times. It starts a screen for password login, rests there for about 2 seconds while it is searching, and then crashes. I downloaded the program again and reinstalled witht eh same result. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about the crashing. Posting the log files will help us diagnose the issue.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

While working on a blank presentation, I added a "content" slide then tried to "customize" it. Once I was on that page, my whole computer would shut down, restart, and require me to log back on. I was able to edit every other part of my presentation, but not the content slide...you have any idea what might be going on? I tried three times and it always crashed as soon as I got to the edit content page...

It would be great if you could gather your log files per the instructions Scott posted above. They would help us identify the crash you're experiencing.
