Sang - Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.

I am not a techie, but sometimes I am able to understand the logs. I think yours may be beyond my ability… I think your crash may have something to do with a community note, but that is based upon my very uneducated reading of your logs.

Have you tried opening to a blank layout? When you start Logos, immediately press the command key. This will bring up the Login screen. Make sure "use blank layout" has a check by it. If this works, create a new layout and see what happens.

Attached zip file has a startup online, Logos4Error.log file has a crash while getting your groups (at 15:30:17) and Logos4.log has a crash setting startup status (at 15:30:56).

Since using stable Logos 4.5b SR-2, suggest contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (phone lines are closed until Monday morning in Bellingham, WA)

Would like to look at diagnostic log files without internet.  Could launch Logos 4 Mac, quickly press and hold command key until sign-in dialog appears, release command key, then click Work Offline (optionally could check Use a blank layout).  If crash repeats, please compress Logging folder and attach to a forum reply.

    Keep Smiling [:)]
