My tech person mentioned to me that he thinks there is a delay when you press [right arrow key] to advance slide while being on air. We have transitions set to "no transitions." Anyone else notice a delay in slide advancement?
I have noticed that same thing... We have to press the next arrow a good 2-3 seconds before the slide needs to change. I'm using a Mac and the Android remote app. I've also noticed that if you are using a motion background, there is a slight pause when changing slides as well... Not too big of a deal, but can get frustrating after a 90 minute service of all motion backgrounds!
We just started using this software and I immediately noticed the delay and pause with motion backgrounds. This is a deal breaker if it can't be fixed.
We've noticed a delay too ... both from the keyboard of the computer running the presentation and from the android app. We haven't been able to figure out when the delay is present and when it isn't (it doesn't seem to be present all the time) so we haven't posted anything about it.
