Suggestion: Blocking notes

I would like the ability to block all notes from a particular person. I would also like to be able to delete the display of an individual note on all of my devices.

I foresee the same problem that Facebook has -- lots of clutter so the important information is lost. Some ability to screen notes would really help. I realize that you can flag a note as inappropriate. But a note might be appropriate for some people, but not for others. Also flagging the note does not stop it from displaying.

Without more control on what is displayed, the Faithlife Study Bible will be like combining all of the marginal scrawls of hundreds of individual's personal Bibles -- in other words, more confusion and clutter than help.

I concur this would be a useful addition.  I would mainly want to 'hide' individual notes, but there might be rare occasions where the ability to block a user would be appropriate.

I opened FSB in L4 and did not see any notes –community, Faithlife, My Faithlife, etc. Also opened it in Biblia and did not see any….But I agree that they can be a clutter and sometimes unwanted. I wrote a post about this sometime back, asking those that were a few months[etc.] old with no content to be removed by the owner, but i did just look and they were still there...
