This incident occured about a week ago. A collegue uploaded a set of image slides into the week's Proclaim presentation from his home. When I downloaded them, every image was solid white, but the number of them was correct. My collegue saw nothing amiss with the images on his client. Nothing we did would correct it, including clicking the synch button on both ends, and restarting the Proclaim clients. Only after he deleted all the image slides and uploaded them again was I able to synch and download the images correctly.
Seems like something at the server or during transport to the server corrupted the images and the clients thought they were synchronized, so he saw the correct images he uploaded and I saw only white images.
