My logos 4 is hanging up right after start up. After performing one or two commands it hangs up and fails to respond.

If using stable Logos 4 release, one option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
The other suggestion is enabling, then posting diagnostic log files (in a compressed archive) for Logos user and employee comments. Wiki has => Diagnostic Logging
Could enable diagnostic logging, restart Windows, launch Logos 4. If Logos 4 hangs again shortly after startup (or Logos 4 is not working at all), then compress log files and attach to a forum reply.
