Since using current stable Logos 4.5b SR-2 version (on OS X Lion 10.7.4), suggest contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact With your permission, Logos can remotely share desktop with you to diagnose crashes.
The Logos4.log file has a crash during sync (possibly a copy bible verse style). Also noticed an error: "too many open files" when Logos 4 Mac crashed.
