Accepting New Members in to a Group

Today I've received emails from Logos letting me know someone wants to join my Proclaim group.

I've clicked through to the page on the website which enables me to do that under the 'my account' section.

When I click accept it takes me to a new page which is title 'Internal Server Error' and then the result is that that individual has not been accepted in to the group.  This has been happening since 10am GMT and I'm really keen to get this person up and running on the software. 

Can someone help as this is preventing me and my time using Proclaim.
