Your log files indicate issues with your network connectivity. Anything notable there? Are you behind a proxy? Are you able to browse logos.com in a browser without issue?

I have full access on the internet as far as I can see. No problems accessing logos.com. I was able to remove an unused proclaim group via the logos website and it instantly updated in proclaim. I have re-installed proclaim as well. I have no proxy servers. Suggestions?

Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily and then try to sync.

Please move past these elementary, one thing per response, suggestions and get on your server and see why it will not accept sync requests from my computer.

I appreciate your frustration with this. Please bear with us while we try to troubleshoot this issue.
Make sure your computer is up to date on the latest Root Certificates by running Windows Update (They're in the Optional Updates section). Please continue running updates until the Root Certificates update is no longer available. When Proclaim attempts to log in to our server, it needs the latest Root Certificates to verify our servers as trusted.
If that doesn't work or apply to you, try resetting your network settings.
- Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories
- Right-Click on "Command Prompt"
- Choose "Run as administrator"
- At the prompt, type: netsh winsock reset
- Hit Enter
- Restart the Computer

There were no root certificates to update, but I have updated all optional updates and have no more of those. I ran the netsh command and restarted, but still no success. I am attaching the latest logs.85111.Proclaim.log3404.ProclaimError.log
