For three days after Lexham English Bible and 1000 Bible Images and maybe the last update. Everything sinces to be working but the indexer crashed after waking computer from sleep and also after starting Logos 4.
If using stable Logos 4 release, one option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
Wiki has => Diagnostic Logging
One option is enabling logging, restart Logos 4, wait for Indexer icon to disappear, then compress Logos Log Files folder and attaching zip file to a reply so Logos users and employees can look at log files.
