I don't know when it took place because I had renounced using biblia with the lame kindle 3 browser, but I noticed this week improvements of the site that make the experience much better.
To start with, there is a noticeable improvement even in Windows. The fonts are better and the reading experience more pleasant. Also, it seems that some of the functionalities of resource windows in Logos have now been integrated into biblia. This includes the ability to scale the font size in the resource window.
So I decided to check it out again on the kindle 3. Lo and behold, it is much better! That is, it is much better in standard NOT mobile mode. When in standard, click on the resource window icon and go full screen. Then you can go offline and read for quite a while without having to flip pages as frequently. The font is better too. This has definitely revived the relationship between my kindle 3 and logos.
One additional aside, I have interacted in these forums on the functionality of the kindle in relation to Logos and there is much written about ipads, tablets and so on. However, for those of us who love e-ink, I don't remember reading anything about how the touchscreen feature of the more recent (keyboardless) kindle (not the fire) solves the browsing problems. There is no longer the need to cumbersomely navigate with the 4 ways arrows all the way to wherever is needed to flip pages, choose another resource, etc. The touch aspect makes it much more convenient.
I have not tried biblia.com specifically with the touch screen but I intend to... LONG LIVE E-INK.
