Hi there, I am looking at trialling the Proclaim software to see if it would be suitable for use in our services. However it does not seem to sync. We have a proxy server, and I cannot find anywhere to enter the proxy settings. Help?

Just wondering if there has been any progress made with regards to this issue?
I have spoken to our IT guys, who have said that they can set up a by pass for the addresses required for Proclaim to work, so long as they know what they are. Would it be possible to gain this information if that would make it easier?

We have tried to by pass the proxy however it means that I cannot access song select or websites through the proclaim software. any ideas or advice? We really need some new presentation software as soon as possible and I'm keen to use Proclaim, however if I can't access it through the proxy I may have to start looking elsewhere.

Hi Hunter, were you able to find any more information? I am interested if there are any other ports associated with signals connections device app connections other than http and https ports.
