Window says (Not Responding) for few seconds every minute or so.

I am in service trying to run song service and I can't even add songs. I am not "On Air" however before service started I had the Pre-Service Loop running just fine.

Once Service started I took it "Off Air" to add songs that were just added in, So I could edit the layout of the songs I took it "Off Air" However as soon as I added the first song but before I was able to actually type in a name of that song. It stopped responding. Every time I select a text box i.e. Song, or Presentation Name or any other selection it Greys out for a moment and the window says (Not Responding) I am running Windows 7. This worked flawlessly last Sunday and we have been using it for a few months now with no issue.

I am using the projection computer to shoot this note to you.

I have attached the only Error from this evening.

Also at the time of this post in Processes under Windows Task Manager Proclaim is using close to 1,400,000k of Memory.

 

Hope these bits of information help with diagnosing the issue.

Okay I had already rebooted and restarted the program before I wrote that post. I shut down Proclaim one more time and did NOT allow it to sync data as I started it and I was able to get it working... Now it seems to be running at a steady 250,000k in memory. 

 

Seems to be back to normal but I will, after service is over, restart and let it sync to see if I can reproduce the issue...
