PowerPoint Builds Not Loading

I attempted to load a PPT file and none of the builds load.  It's as if there's not text on the slide.

Hmm, I am not able to reproduce that behavior. Are you using a PC or a Mac? Are you uploading a .ppt or .pptx file? Local file?

There appears to be a bug in the 3rd party library we use to generate the slide images when importing a .ppt file w/ builds. Saving the document as .pptx and importing will show all the text. I have created a case for this issue.

I have no way of creating a pptx file.  I'm looking forward to ppt support.

I'm not.  I'm running Keynote.  It has the option to Export to .ppt.  The PPT loads great for all windows users I send it to, but doesn't function in Proclaim.

Ah, looks like the issue is specific to ppt files created from keynote.

We have logged a bug against the 3rd party tool that Proclaim uses to export the .ppt to jpges. However, it is possible that it is a Keynote bug, are you running the latest version of Keynote?
